1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the oke4 online gaming platform, accessible at oke4.vu ("the Platform"). oke4 provides online casino games, sports betting, slot games, eBingo, and related services exclusively to eligible players located in the Philippines.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from oke4 for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

oke4 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one active oke4 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password, OTP codes, or login details with anyone. oke4 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.

oke4 recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication on your account. This adds an additional layer of security to your login and is especially important for players who access the Platform over mobile data connections.

4. Deposits, Balances, and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on oke4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) via standard funding channels

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered oke4 player — are not permitted. oke4 may hold or return funds and suspend an account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Deposit amounts will be reflected in your PHP account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section when logged in.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on oke4 — whether on slot games, live casino tables, sports events, eBingo, or online poker — are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of each individual game or betting market. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or market listing.

By placing a bet, you confirm that the funds used are from your own verified oke4 account balance, that the bet is placed of your own free will, and that you accept the outcome as final once the event or game round concludes. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform cannot be cancelled or altered.

oke4 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all virtual games including slots and virtual table games. Live casino outcomes are determined by live dealer actions in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by recognized governing bodies.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round before a result is determined, oke4 will follow its technical error resolution policy, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wagered amount to the player's balance. 6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

oke4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request while account verification is pending, while an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity is ongoing, or if the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with normal account activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on oke4 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or different personal details
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access games or place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or betting markets
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization
• Depositing funds that originate from a payment account not registered in your own name

oke4 monitors account activity for unusual patterns. If prohibited conduct is suspected, the Platform may suspend the account, freeze the balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

oke4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is intended as entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or win. Past wins displayed anywhere on the Platform do not indicate future results.

oke4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits oke4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Amendments and Governing Law

oke4 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will notify registered players through the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
